Adult-led use
Trailkin is intended for adults and families exploring together. A trusted adult is responsible for route planning, supervision, weather and terrain decisions, local rules, and deciding whether an activity is appropriate for their group.
Outdoor activity
Maps, descriptions, distances, hints, and accessibility notes can be incomplete or conditions can change. Use ordinary judgment, follow posted rules, stay in public permitted areas, and stop when a situation feels unsafe. Trailkin does not guarantee that any listing remains available or suitable.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of material you submit. You confirm that you have the right and permission to provide it. You grant MakeJoy Labs a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, edit for safety or clarity, reproduce, and display approved material as needed to operate and promote Trailkin. You may request removal by providing the submission code.
Moderation
Submission does not guarantee publication. We may reject, change, delay, unpublish, or remove caches and community notes for safety, quality, legal, operational, or guideline reasons. We may preserve limited records needed to document a safety or abuse response.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, probe private systems, overwhelm the submission queue, impersonate someone, or use Trailkin to track, contact, or identify a child or another person.
Service changes
Trailkin is an early public service and may change, pause, or end. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties and MakeJoy Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
